To request a return:

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
