To request a return:

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (in case of damage or defect)
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference and item availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 7-day window
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
